I have not posted very often this season but, as I said before, I have a solid game here I'd like to share with the rest of you.
Hofstra -2' / UNC-Wilmington
UNCW has dominated the recent series against Hofstra but this is a bad spot for UNCW here. Hofstra is a solid defensive team that will get a large advantage on the boards at home. Add the facts that UNCW has not covered on the road since Nov. and that UNCW piled on the Pride in last seasons conf. tourney, gives this improving Hofstra squad a heavy advantage here. I've followed B10, Mizzou Valley and Colonial league play closely this season and love this game. A ddigit win for the Pride is easily attainable here. Hofstra played the best team in CAA (G. Mason) tight, until the 10 min. mark of the game whem GM pulled away. Hofstra let another road game slip away at Old Dominion earlier. UNCW is coming off home wins against weaker CAA foes W&M, Drexel and VCU.
Those of you (on the Atlantic coast) more familiar with these teams can chime in with your thoughts if you wish, but I see everything pointing to the PRIDE here.
